P3 has been washing homes and businesses in the greater Charleston area for over 15 years. All of the work is performed by the owner, Mark Litrico, so you get more of a personalized service from start to finish. We are a smaller local company that services Mt Pleasant, Charleston, Sullivans, IOP, James, John and Daniel Island. We also service Summerville, Goose Creek, Awendaw, Huger etc… We are not big on website and internet building. The higher percentage of our clients are return customers or referrals, and that speaks for itself.

Soft Wash vs. Power Wash
A popular question when choosing someone for your project is “what’s the difference between a soft wash and power washing”?
As far as the customer is concerned, nothing really. A soft wash system is a way for contractors to get projects done in a shorter amount of time. The soft wash system is a bigger investment for the business owner, and is just as effective as other methods. Regardless if you choose a “soft wash” or someone who doesn’t advertise "soft wash", your home will come just as clean. “Soft Wash” is also just a friendlier term for potential customers. Both systems have the ability to equally and efficiently clean your home or business without having to worry about any possible damage. As long as there is an experienced person completing the project, you will be fine.
Pricing
We can almost always find enough imagery on the internet through Google Earth, Zillow etc. to give a solid quote. Most homes in the greater Charleston area are $0.13 to $0.15 per sq.ft. This includes everything within the footprint of the home, including any porches or screened porches. Anything outside the footprint, like patios and driveways, are priced separately. Larger elevated homes are also $0.13 to $0.15 per sq. ft., and can typically range from $300 to $500, and some of the finer and higher end homes can cost a bit more, for obvious reasons. P3 never asks for payment until the customer is satisfied. All we need is an address via text or email, and once you have an estimate, we won’t contact you uninvited.
